I hope you all had a fantastic weekend with your loved ones. The weather was nice and sunny so at least we could spend time in the garden.
Today, after you have completed the activities I will look forward to seeing a message in the comment box when you have finished or a photo uploaded through email. I'm really missing everyone so would love to hear from you.

Activity one
Today I like you to design two new outfits for Barnaby bear and his travels. You can decide where you think he would like to go. He needs one outfit for somewhere very cold. He also needs one outfit for somewhere very hot. I would like you to draw him wearing his outfits and then I would like you to label what he is wearing. You can design something that's smart, casual or cool!

Can you read and copy out the following sentences? When you have finished, underline all the words that make the ee sound.

Now can you practice to read and spell our decodable words. You can time yourself and see how many times you can spell them correctly. When you have finished see if you can write them in a sentence.

Barnaby had 12 pencils. He went to the shop and bought 6 more. Then he found 4 more under his bed. How many pencils did Barnaby bear have altogether?
Barnaby went to the local toy shop and bought 20 bouncy balls. He gave 4 to his little brother and 4 to his big sister. How many did he have left?
If Barnaby had 25 marbles and he gave 5 to his best friend and 3 to another friend, how many would he have for himself?
Barnaby had 10 Easter eggs. His mum bought him 10 more. then he gave 2 to his little brother. How many did he have for himself?
